Roulements à rouleaux coniques à double rangée TDI
Le roulement à rouleaux coniques à double rangée TDI a deux bagues extérieures (cuvettes) et une bague intérieure à double rangée avec deux ensembles de rouleaux et de cage (double cône), généralement avec une entretoise de bague extérieure et dans un agencement face à face. Mais, selon certaines occasions, Tedin fournit également des roulements à rouleaux coniques à double rangée de type TDI sans entretoise de bague extérieure.

Les roulements à rouleaux coniques à deux rangées conviennent aux fortes charges radiales et axiales.
5. Charges axiales dans les deux sens
Les roulements à rouleaux coniques à double rangée positionnent l'arbre dans les deux sens avec un jeu axial ou une précharge spécifique.
6. Fiabilité opérationnelle améliorée
7. Cohérence des profils et des dimensions des rouleaux
Les rouleaux coniques des roulements à rouleaux coniques à double rangée sont fabriqués avec des tolérances dimensionnelles et géométriques si étroites qu'ils sont pratiquement identiques. Cela permet une répartition optimale de la charge, réduit le bruit et les vibrations et permet un réglage plus précis de la précharge.
8. Haute rigidité
Les roulements à rouleaux coniques à double rangée fournissent un agencement de roulement rigide.
9. Réduction des vibrations sonores
La conception optimisée de l'extrémité du rouleau et la finition de surface avec un profil logarithmique sur la bride favorisent la formation d'un film lubrifiant, ce qui réduit le frottement. Cela réduit également la chaleur de frottement et l'usure des brides. De plus, les roulements peuvent mieux maintenir la précharge et fonctionner à des niveaux de bruit inférieurs.
